My Biography

I’m Nahid Yavari an international student in culinary management. I want to be a chef to back some years, I was born and brought up in a land full of beauty and niceness in my surroundings, plains covered with trees of all kinds of colorful, tasty fruits and mountains covered with smelly vegetables to be used for all sorts of traditional and local cuisines. Looking at my grandma and mother making the foods with those flavors was enough inspiring to make me passionate for this field.

 

I like to create more as I can and wish to try new cooking dishes and experiencing with new ingredients with different spices and flavors to cook unforgettable recipes. I have figured out cooking is a magic process and I can create it while enjoying it.

 

I am not doing cooking professionally in the cooking industry, but I wish to gain enough ability and experience in the culture, so that I can first start cooking in small kitchens and then bigger ones.

 

My personal philosophy to match the colors of vegetables, fruits, spices, flavors and ingredients to create magic recipes. To discover creativity and create my own cook book to teach others my cooking style in a near future.

 

 I’m happy to create a Blog. Blogging surely gives me the experience of familiarity with both new and experienced chefs, their philosophy toward cooking’s and recipe creations. It also brings the opportunity to get familiar with multi-national ingredients and the way the foods are made.
